As the Senior Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating user growth, engagement, and retention for different products through product-led initiatives. You will own a business's key performance indicators (KPIs) and are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting the strategic direction for the Growth domain.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and own the growth strategy & roadmap, driving measurable outcomes across Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue.
  • Take ownership of key growth KPIs such as sign-up conversion, time-to-value, active user metrics (WAU/MAU), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Identify and prioritise scalable growth opportunities through deep market, competitor, and data analysis.
  • Lead and optimise the experimentation process (HEAI cycle), fostering a culture of rapid A/B testing and iteration.
  • Direct the design and optimisation of features, flows, and experiences to reduce friction and drive user engagement (e.g., onboarding, referrals, pricing models).
  • Partner with Data Science to ensure robust tracking, dashboards, and analytics integrity for growth experiments.
  • Act as the strategic connector across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Present strategy, results, and impact to senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.
  • Mentor and lead junior growth product managers/analysts to elevate the team’s overall performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, marketing, communications, or relevant fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically focused on Product Growth or CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) in a high-growth tech environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues.
  • A deep understanding of the Tech Development Environment.
  • A/B Testing practical knowledge.
  • Ability to analyse data to find trends and problems
  • Proven experience in Project Management, QA and Product Testing, Product Orientation & Launch Planning.
